Parcel & report data: addresses, tax lot numbers, parcel boundaries, and report content generated through the Service.
Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Report data is retained for the lifetime of the workspace. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, row-level security policies, and leaked-password prevention. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
