2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Workspaces & Team Access
Workspace administrators control access and roles within their workspace. You are responsible for managing team member permissions. We are not liable for actions taken by members you have invited.
4. Reports & Data
SiteFacts reports (SiteScore, SiteFacts, and related products) are generated using third-party data sources and AI-assisted analysis. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering, surveying, legal, or environmental advice. You should independently verify all data before making land-purchase or construction decisions.
5. Payment & Refunds
Certain features require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell Service data.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to SiteFacts. You retain ownership of data you upload but grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA SOURCED FROM THIRD PARTIES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEFACTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
